PERMANENT PLACEMENT POLICY

DenTemps, Inc. suggests a trial period before any dental auxiliary accepts a permanent placement, either full-time or part-time. Once the dental temporary becomes a permanent member of your dental office, a placement fee is accessed.

The fee schedule for a dental hygienist is as follows:

• 1 day: $ 500.00
• 2 days: $ 800.00
• 3 days: $1200.00
• 4 days: $1500.00
• 5 days: $1500.00

The fee schedule for a dental assistant is as follows:

• 1 day: $ 300.00
• 2 days: $ 550.00
• 3 days: $800.00
• 4 days: $1050.00
• 5 days: $1050.00

If, after a trial period of 5 working days, your dental practice decides to permanently employ a DenTemps, Inc. temporary auxiliary, DenTemps, Inc. guarantees the dental placement.

The guarantee is pro rated:

• 100% after 1 week
• 50% after 2 weeks
